Every one
of us has bunch of great values and dreams in life. We strive to fulfill them
by tackling all kinds of forbids and persevere and toil unless we reach them.
We start with small steps but great vision. Though the road is up hill, we
never think of quitting in between. We rush with the undisturbed concentration,
multiplied energy and confidence on every pitfall unless we touch it. Similarly we need to handle even the social issues.
We observed that none of us are happy with the current political, economical system in the country. We debate hours together on many issues prevailing in our country but hardly we think of taking a step ahead in correcting it. When asked, the obvious reasons for not taking the initiative to correct it are, no time, got my own work, you will get no results by doing all this, waste of time, I request even you too not to indulge in all this.
I tried to understand closely that whether these are the real reasons for not taking any steps. The answer I got is 'NO'. It is not these thoughts stopping us from taking the road not taken by others. The actual reasons are fear of falling apart, fear of taking any risk, Mindset, which never allows thinking beyond comfort zone, above all is fear of enemy. The reasons for fear are the thoughts that, enemy is very strong, very wide spread, his reach is to any extent and who is invisible, i.e. in the sense the whole system is the Godzilla. Of course, I do think the same.
First, believe that there is an end for every evil. Though at times the target looks beyond clouds but just needs a blow. Believe in one thing that there is nothing great being achieved in this world in one day but that one day would come soon if we start early. When we are required to fight against a giant we need to plan and punch strong.
Corruption is the cancer of our society. It is the out come of never ending human desires, desire for money, desire for luxury, desire for power, desire for immediate growth and desire and desire. It covers the whole country. It is there in all walks of life. It corrupts every mind when combined with power. It pushes the honesty and service to society, which are true values of life into second row. It is always wise to fight with the enemy collectively when the system itself trying to stamped the society.
Swamy Ramdev, a selfless saint, who is known as Modern India’s Yoga Guru, who has brought the Yoga to everyone’s life. When people were thinking Allopathy is the only resort people have to get cured from any type of ailment and decease. (If not Allopathy, then there was no hope left) He has reinstated the importance of breathing, simple exercises and Ayurveda to cure the simplest to the biggest deceases (Where Allopathy has given-up). Now, he and his Yoga is the talk of every household in India.
This time he has come up with a new agenda. As he is abided by the promise he made to the Indians of Rog mukta Bharat (Decease-less India), he also has promised of making India corruption free and a lawful nation. In the past 3 years, he has travelled across India propagating this agenda under the banner of Bharat Swabhiman and tried to collect the public opinion on social and political issues with respect to corruption prevailing in India. He found that the corruption is down-rooted in our society and people are fed-up with the corruption and they want to up-root it from the society. In last 3 months he has once again restlessly completed 80,000 Kms. of swift travel across India, especially by visiting the countryside. He considers the villages are forgotten in the model of so called Modern India. Public support for him in this noble cause is overwhelming and his public addresses started breeding nationality in the younger generation.
He has announced a ‘Bhrashtachar Mitao Satyagrah’ till death or justice from 4th of June, 2011 from Raamleela Maidan, Delhi. This event is expected to be one of its kind in the entire world, where public (voluntary) participation is expected to be more than 1,00,000 from all walks of life and every religion, and all class of people.
He has taken a lead on behalf of 121 crore Indians and pledged to make their 'Corruption Free India' dream come true, soon. It is going to be conducted in peaceful Gandhian way (Satya-Ahimsa-Syagraha).
Salute to his spirit and leadership and patriotism. It is all set to be the nation wide movement after the India's Independence. It is getting the momentum by many Indians and support from Media as well. It reminds the 'Do or Die' slogan of freedom movement.
The major demands of the Bhrashtachar Mitao Satyagraha are
=======================================
We had fights over religious aspects, language, power politics, elections, which all divides us into smaller and smaller units, since the India’s Independence in 1947. This time, Let us do different. Let us show the world and powers that we are above all differences and we are one voice and that is we want to see India as a DEVELOPED country.
Let us leave our professionalism (which might keep us away from the movement) and exhibit nationalism. Let us unite once for this noble cause other than cricket!, which is most important than any of our self interest and which is in broader national interest, current and future. We all know that this is the biggest dream of everyone of our age.
Do something that our next generations feel proud about.
Don't shy, but feel proud to be part of this movement. You can join the Satyagraha @ Freedom Park, Opposite Maharani College, Bangalore.
Don't think otherwise, that 'Will it succeed?' Think that it cannot succeed without your participation. Come and show your support, be part of the change!
We all know that 'Well start is half done!'

The major demands of the Bhrashtachar Mitao Satyagraha are
=======================================
- Immediate Ban of the Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes.
- The government must immediately ban the 4 Swiss and 8 Italian banks that are involved in laundering of black money, and banks of other countries also that are suspected of such deeds. Moreover, action must be taken against people who have illegal accounts and operations in such banks.
- A strong Jan Lokpal Bill.
- Accepting the “United Nations Convention Against Corruption” that is pending since 2006, when 140 countries together passed a treaty under UN wherein they agreed to return any black money deposited in their country belonging to any other country. 126 countries out of 140 also got it approved from their respective cabinets. If Indian government also gets it approved by the cabinet then we can easily get back black money from these 140 countries under this convention.
- The central government must close the Mauritius route immediately. They must attach the wealth and assets of people who have used fake projects/companies and have used foreign credit cards to convert black money to white money. Moreover, they must disclose full details related to the sources of Hassan Ali’s 1000 billion rupees worth of wealth and must immediately recover 500 billion rupees due in taxes from him.
- A “Foreign Account Policy” must be formed and announced immediately that is applicable to all people who have deposited money in foreign banks. If these people do not disclose full details related to their accounts in foreign banks within 3-6 months then the illegal money stashed by such people must be declared national wealth and attached.
