To Those, Who Ask “Will Bharat Transform...?!?!”

Before independence and 67 years after independence the question in title/heading (“Will Bharat Transform...?!?!”) would have come to every Bharatiy's mind who thinks for betterment of Bharat. Irony is, people who asked this question always waited for readymade answer from someone else than being answer themselves (finding answer for this by themselves). To point at someone is an easiest task, so, we continued the same from centuries. We never realized that the seed, which withstand the flow (current) only become tree one day.

The people who condemn the society/country, feel that they are good and the people around them (Family, friends, relatives, their circles) are also good. But, only those whom they do not know are the bad people. They are the one who are corrupt, immoral, unethical, characterless, criminals and reason for the current situation of the country. It is only because we know people around us, so, we feel only they are good. When we take this thought deep to the roots, we come to know that everyone feels the same thing that people they know are good, ethical, moral and who have national thinking. In that case, out of every 100, 80 to 90 people are good.

Then a question arise “what is the reason for current state of the country? “

There are mainly 2 reasons contributing to this.

One,

Exuberance and glorification of evil and bad things (money and muscle power) by media, leaders and society as a whole are causing the damage. Involvement of politicians and other social leaders in corrupt acts and providing shelter to people who are involved in such corrupt and criminal practices and those who have criminal cases lodged against them in court of law. When the people who have to be the pathfinders and ideals for the nation themselves show the way towards such crimes and set an unethical examples, just for money and power then obviously the normal citizens also get engaged into such activities. That is why it is said that "The way king leads, so will the citizens follow".

Two,

When the general public also believes that only through unethical ways they can make a standard living, which is beyond the routine roti-kapada-makaan (bread-cloth-shelter), a concept of happy Life, and get engaged into such activities. That is where the society starts to perdition from its age old values. It is when society's belief that there is no room for good becomes strong . It is the start of the down-gradation (fall). People start surrendering themselves to the idea that this is the way of Life and it is how to live. In the current corrupt system this all is considered as common phenomenon. The tendency of considering it quite natural is spreading as epidemic and claiming thousands together each day. It's a dangerous move. How it is going to change? Can we as a nation crack it down? Yes, this will and, we can.

This can be cracked down by triangular effort

1.

If we say, the corruption, fraud, day loot, rowdism has become rampant all over, so this country will not change ever by seeing 2G Scam, Adarsh Ghotala, (Common) Wealth Loot, Coal-Gate, Sun-in-law Land-in-unlaw, Bow force, communal riots then it will be like gabble in deep sleep. Every Bharatiya should get up from the Kumbhakarna Sleep (deep sleep) and take charge of his social and national duties and responsibilities and should work towards building a strong nation. Everyone should leave their  selfishness to the second third place in their list of priority and Bharat should get 1st place on their list. When we demand such commitment from all citizens, few would say that "Hello Sir, we already practice it, but, will others join this?" In such ambiguity, we should affirm ourselves strongly that "Let the whole world take its own way, let them either join or not, (Today or tomorrow it will become obligatory for them to join our side, let us have patience till then) I am not going to take perdition from this decision/path". Such a strong will only will take us and our nation to a different height. Then this itself will instigate others to step into our footsteps.

As Sun rises in the west to the people who get-up late in the morning, so is all the gifts of inventions, discoveries and advancements of civilization are gifts from west for them. That is why they compare Bharat with western countries and ask that “ever our country will become like European countries? Will we ever compete against America in technology? Will every our country gives tough competition to China?” etc...

Before answering to this question, we should be clear that each country has its own strong suits and trump cards, so is our country. Technology and materialism is important for the western world, for Bharat it is Spirituality. When routes of existence are different for both the countries, there cannot be a competition. There can only be co-operation. But, if we still try to compete or imitate then we cannot be pioneers. Because, we moved the spirituality to a last place in our list of prosperity. We failed to see the abundant contribution of Bharat to the world heritage in spiritual aspects. We always admired west and felt pride in losing our identity in western wind of materialism. We should correct our way of thinking first.

We should realize another important aspect that the French Revolution, Russian Revolution, Italian Revolution, German Revolution, American Independence did not happen in a day, or with one person's sacrifice. It is the result of restless fight of united nationalists. That is when these counties are standing with pride in the world. These revolutions set an examples to our way. It doesn't mean bloodshed; it means collective effort with one goal of betterment of Bharat in an ethical way. Bharat should replace I/Me/Mine, and then it is possible.

2.

First of all we should come out of corrupt, unethical, powerless, self-esteem less and coercive rule / central government and choose strong and nationalist leaders and give them a chance to form the government. A selfless/self-esteemed/benevolent leader and a strong and willful cabinet (and government) can put this nation on a growth path. The decisions taken and policies made by such nationalist leaders will take Bharat to a new height and put it in the list of developed nations in short term of a decade or so.

We may ask a question here that “how we can achieve it?”.

We can achieve it by remembering our national heroes who fought for our motherland and gave their Life for it. Bring their Life stories, autobiographies in front of nation especially youth. Honor such people publicly remember them in all public and government ceremonies. Honor honest people and protect them. Admiration to these people will encourage the youngsters to surrender for national cause and it will boost the energy into young and youth to contribute their best for their motherland, Maa Bharati. In future, this spring of self-esteem will become a grownup tree of nationalism and protect our nation for a long term.

As per the discussion above, if there are 80-90 people out of every 100 are good by nature, we should understand that why they are taking an unethical and selfish road slowly. The main reason is the surroundings, where most have already taken-up that road. Many a times they are socially forced to take such path.

But, it is also true that once they get to know that there is room for ethics and honesty in the society then there is not much time required to return to the good/right path. It is governments’s and society's responsibility to facilitate an atmosphere where they can lead an ethical, sincere and self-esteemed Life.

Every citizen wants to contribute to his country in one or the other way the leaders should know in what way they can seek their help. If the prominence is given to good character over money then the greed for money will reduce and that will provide a way to build a better nation. It will ensure that the gap between government and normal citizens reduce and they both will work hand in hand for the prosperity of nation. This in turn will lead to overall development of nation.

A very good example of this from the recent history is...

In 1965, when Shree Lal Bahaddur Shastriji was Bharat's Prime Minister a war between Bharat and Pakistan started in the border. In very short time Pakistan has reached the loosing position. It asked America to intervene and ask Bharat to stop the war. America asked Bharat (Shastriji) to stop the war, Shastriji did not agree. If the war is not stopped immediately, America intimidated Bharat that they are going to stop the export of wheat from America. But, Shastriji did not yield to such pressure, instead he requested countrymen to support him and nation to overcome bad situation.

He requested the citizens to stop their extravaganza and un-necessary spending and asked people to observe half day fasting (one time meal) on every Somavaar (Monday). He himself initiated it from his office and home. He cut down his expenses. He got overwhelming support from all over Bharat. In the mean time the wheat support(import) from America also stopped. He gave his famous slogan "Jay Jawaan, Jay Kisaan" to morally boost soldiers fighting in border and farmers to grow more food grains to feed their fellow brothers and sisters. In the same war Bharatiya army went till Lahore and captured it and hoisted a Tiranga there.

Don't turn your face after reading it, by saying "That period was different and current time is different, it will not work now". Even today, there are such self-esteemed, great-heart, brave-heart and good character troops (crores together people) available in whose blood the nationalist under-current exists. We just need someone who can put a lamp (bulb) there and light it. The tasks which cannot be accomplished through many policies and laws can be accomplished successfully by a self-esteemed leader and government. Shastriji's action is a perfect example to this.

3.

After all this there will be few people left out, who are not corrected by either of the above mentioned efforts, for them we need law. We do not need to frame anymore new laws to correct them or to bring them under law, we just need to strengthen and tighten the existing laws and implement them strictly. The cases pending in court of law should be executed in short span and punishment to culprits also should happen. Good and honest people should be saved. This will restore the citizen's lost faith in law.

This all is fine. But, it is not an easy task, which can be accomplished by one person or in one day. Just with showing concern or with lost hopes we cannot achieve anything. We all should join hands and strive together, wherever we are, however we can, till we achieve what we want. Remember, it is an endless journey. There is no room to rest. Rest is required to those who are working forcefully. But, when it becomes passion and a Lifetime goal then you yourself would say that you do not need rest. Only with restless and honest efforts we could see a ray of hope. Cordial wishes to all those who are waiting for a rise of such a new Sun in 2014 in Bharat.

Are We Doing Right?

During last few years of 90’s and early years of 21st century, there was a big boom in IT industry. It was when internet technology started touching the lives of Indian youth. It was the one way out (relief) for the unemployed middle class youths. Not only people got work to their hands but, also comparatively handsome salary at the end of the month.

Then lot of software training institutions came into existence. Many courses offered by these institutions. Even they had crash courses like, Unix-C-C++ combination, VB-Oracle, Java-Oracle, Mainframes, SAP, Visual Studio, Web Designing, etc...  It was the period when the training institutions made huge money. I remember there was no preliminary qualification asked by these institutions to join these courses. An engineering graduate, a B.Sc., B.Com. and B.A. graduate and a diploma holder every one had privilege to get admission.

Once after the completion of these courses, everyone used to prepare their resume, and start applying through post, email or personal handover at the front office of these companies. There was a time when there was a guarantee of job after completion of any of these courses, with a satisfactory salary to start their career, irrespective of their stream of graduation. Everyone was called engineer. We Indians felt happy.

Looking at this, within half a decade the government gave permission to more number of engineering colleges with a special branch of Information Technology.

The I.T.  branch in engineering had got huge demand for new generation. It had become talk of the society and has become a status if they or their kids were studying in I.T. branch or in its sister branch (Electronics). It had become path to sure success, a visa to western world and access to sudden money. Even today, in 2013 students prefer I.T. or software to any other branch of engineering.

Though it has huge demand but, now getting a job has become tough even after completing the graduation with distinction scores. It is because of huge completion and cheap labor.  Graduates from any other streams are also equally competing with the engineering graduates and many a time they win the job by compromising a bit on salary part.

This shows that companies are looking at more of skills than intelligence or creativity or invention. Their motto is clear from the beginning of emergence of IT industry, they want to outsource their office jobs and get it done with a skilled and cheap labor.

There is no denial that approximately around 10% of jobs require high end technical knowledge, logic and wisdom, rest 90% jobs can be done by a technically trained labor though we call these people as engineers.

Then obviously a question arises that when these works can be get completed by the trained people then why we need engineers?

Now, rather than cursing the graduates from other streams for bagging these opportunities, we should think that engineering graduates should look at new ways of growth and innovations. Though this suggestion looks veered but, that is the real use of engineering certificate. It is fine if the other stream graduates are getting required training and getting the I.T. jobs. Let them work under these jobs.

Why we are selling our premier minds (first layer cream), technical talent (i.e. engineering students) to work for monotonous jobs? Especially, where there is no innovation, creativity and room for out of box thinking. Is it not just waste of our best minds’ talent pool? Can’t we employ these minds into national and scientific growth?  Can’t we stop some colleges or stop giving permission to new engineering colleges? Cant’s we stop as a society in pushing/forcing students into a limited growth path? And later blame, India cannot pioneer innovations or show new road to technological growth.

On one hand, sure and fixed path to money and materialistic life style has made most of the new generation students lazy, less imaginary and less visionary. On the other hand colleges are becoming money minting and certificate printing machines.

Most of the students just spend their entire student Life in college ruthlessly, carelessly, copying the senior’s / x-student’s projects and recreating the same again in their name and produce as their own project, study only during exams, just for marks and a certificate. Of course, for that no extra knowledge is required. And in reality none want to put their extra effort, because, their career plan is already set. No chance they take risk of choosing another path.

A nation which does not have its own intellectual pool in all streams and all races for growth cannot have an independent existence. A nation which cannot think independent and cannot have its own existence can only be called independent in papers and public addresses but, can never be called truly independent.

Give a thought to this. Find ways to come out of this by giving food to your thought and take actions wherever possible. I insist even government should take required steps in this regard than wasting our future generations' talent just by following the mad race.

There are few more aspects to it. We will discuss it in another article under the title of “Hard Facts of Soft People”.

3 - Why This Kolaveri Di?

Have you ever wondered that the Tsunami of youth participated in the freedom fight of India where it is disappeared in the independent India? Where is the Josh? In fact, we need equally strong and determined youth power now in India to lead it in a right socio-political-economical direction.

Does freedom just mean that liberty from social and national responsibility? Or it is confined to I, Me and Myself? Or it is an unwritten agreement between me and every other person that “I don’t ask you and you don’t ask me?”

The major fraction of the youth of this country is put to struggle hard to get their day dreams to reality. There vision is restricted to Roti-Kapada-Makan (Bread-Cloth and Shelter). It can be observed that during any period of independent Indian history, people were put at least an arm away from adequacy of their basic needs. So, people were never given a possibility to look out of their routine. Even if they find some time, it is to feel nervous and have pessimistic view about everything around (Chalata hai attitude...).

There are three sleeping pills served to Indians (especially Indian Youth) either you agree or not.

The one is, Dirty Picture - Silver screen and Home screen (Films/TV) up to a certain extent (clean entertainment) are good. But, now they are feeding absurdity into the society. See the language, vulgarity, violence they are injecting into the young minds. There were days when people had very less opportunities to grow and choose their passion as profession. But, now 4 year old to 40 year old have got access but, it is snatching the child’s childhood, teenagers’ life.

Many times we say today’s kids attain maturity so early. Today’s youth do not fear anything. Films are showing whatever nuisance and violence they want to show till the climax. In the climax something they demonstrate that the evil doesn’t yield anything or it is bad. And then they say their movie has a massage. Do you call this a message? TV serials are axing the very base of Indian family system. It is emotionally d-energizing / weakening every one. It’s creating walls between hearts till suffocation drags us to grave yard.

Today, anything and everything is accepted in the name of modernization. Beep and blur are the only statutory controls over these social howl. People are so busy with life that nobody has even a voice against it. Talking against it is considered as socially backward. And our newer generation is breathing in such careless and self centric world. It is washing out all our values which are time and again from centuries proved right and good for social balance.

I know, people who are reading this might be cursing me saying "what you have to do for this? If you don't want to watch them all then don't. But, don't give Gyaan".

The second one is Dirty Politics, a value less and no service mindedness in politics is infusing negativity in the minds of our youth. Corruption and Political dadagiri, endless desires, carelessness in the people ruling and public servants is increasing the nervousness and hopelessness in the youth. People don't want to get into politics rather want to find their way somewhere out. That is why youngsters want to go to foreign countries and settle there and lead a peaceful Life. The leaders of any nation who do not have value for their values, and lacks a vision, that nation have no future.

Last one is Dirty Play (Cricket). Till it is sports/game it is well and good. But, it is silently killing the time and health. It stubborn youth emotionally. It is not only stops here; rather it stops people considering other games as secondary. To Indians if there is a sports then it should be cricket, hardly people, society accept any other sports.

There is one more dose which is Media. Only media keeps all these 3 in limelight. Don't, take media so serious. Media is no more reporting. It is a sensation creator. For them reporting any news which is more than 30 minutes old is like rotten reproofing. If everyone is happy in the country, city then they won't be happy. They won't feel good. 95% of media is negative. Make your choice, limit and don't let yourself flow with it. If possible boycott.

All of us are put to sleep by one or the other dose at different stages of our Life. In this situation, we have to make conscious effort to get access out of these and take at least a tiny stand for the betterment of our social condition.

Why This...., Why This...., Why This Kolaveri Di?

What is the Future of Social Movements in India?

(Only for people who believe in CHANGE,
And who want to Change and
Who wants to participate in bringing required Change  Not for others)

We see lot of people talking about current political situation in the country along with the recently emerged public movements and their future in India (strategies). Yes, these are the burning topics, need due consideration. National debate should happen on this not only between so called learned people but, also with common man in each village, Mohall and cities towards drawing a logical and acceptable path for future actions. The discussion means sharing views with open mind not fighting over a point and ideology. While these take a shape, we need to follow few points at individual and mass level.

  •  Accept one important point that things, situations built over years cannot be changed overnight. They need constant, selfless, continuous, tireless efforts for a period of time. So rather than concentrating on others at the first instance we should concentrate on ourselves. We should not get swept under normal wind. We should hold our values, hope, determination and service to others by being humble, selfless, and not self centered, which are essential qualities of pioneer or leader. Let us be answers (or find answers ourselves) than questioning? Anybody can question.
  • Preaching hardly works if not followed by action in today’s world. Though it feels like nobody is looking at us, but, in reality most of them will be observing us. Once we commit mistake, then we will come to know, how many eyes were there on us. So, we should give importance to both action lecturing together. After we walk through such road for certain distance, other would start following.
  • We should know one thing that, what these movements or larders of these movements are doing is an honest, selfless and just attempt. There is nothing left to lose in their Life (except Life). It is these people (who are leading the change) who felt for Bharat Mata and melted their heart for its sons and daughters worsening condition. They have identified certain path and ideology to follow. When we cannot pioneer any simple change how can we judge whether they are right or wrong?
  • Questioning and rising concerns is constructive. No movement will be successful without such transparency. But, these instruments should not be used to defame, malign the individuals involved or ruin the movement. Let opponents try these tactics; but, we should answer strongly with one voice.
  • All of you have come across situations where people gossiping "What Annaji is doing now-a-days? He is already old, how much he can do?”, “Where is Baba Ramdevji, not seen in recent past? All Sanyasis and Babas are alike. They are here to play with peoplesemotions and make money. He himself evades tax". “Arvind Bhai cannot achieve anything just by blaming and exposing others. His aim is PM seat. He is over ambitious, has vested interests", blab...blab... Do you know most of them asking these taunting questions neither were part of these movements in the past nor planning to join in future. Above that they do not know the ideologies, which direction our country is heading? What problems these leaders are facing by questioning (daring) the government, parties and corrupt.
  • For them it is just a thief and police drama running on national forum, which is telecasted through national media. We are enjoying it, as if it is a cricket match, by passing comments. Such people are many in this country. But, when you ask them to take a stand, come out and support, then they fear, talk all nasty things.
  • Many people strongly believe about movements that "This is not going to work, things will not change". “Though they know who is right and what is wrong, still they tell opponents are very strong, they are crocked, they will suppress even these voices, masses will not support, etc..." I really pity them. It is for their comfort they are ready pledge even the country. It is not entirely their mistake. Our value less education and selfish society is also equally important for building these walls of negativity. It is not someone godly person come and restore everything right for us. It is our fight we should come forward, God will definately help. Reamind yourself the scene of Kurukshetra. Krishna did not fight on behalf of Arjuna. He supported him.So is the situation now.
  • The history told and taught to us is as if Indian’s condition is always pitying, hypocrite. Indians, were illiterates, they lacked in technical and scientific knowledge. They were slaves, they were/are poor and they did not have strong leaders. It was a land of nomadic. Only foreigners brought modernization there. India never invaded other countries; it’s a peace lover nation. The people here were/are happy even in poverty.
By reading such history of our nation, it feels like we were weak, poor and hypocrites always and builds negativity in our minds. But, we all know that reality is opposite. Though we did not invade other states and counties, but, we always fought bravely with them who invaded our country and defeated them. We were self sufficient before foreign invasions. Education, Science and technologies were at their peak in our country in international standards in that period of history. If we pass on such realities to our next generations that will boost the spirits and enthusiasm of them (kids and youths). This is what the government does not want because; with the knowledge people would question them. They benefit only if we are ignorant. We should come out of such vicious circle ourselves and restore reality and infuse positivity. This will help to   rebuild Indian’s self pride.
  • Yes, everyone has a independence to express, but, these opinions should unite rather than dividing us further. Like few hard realities, we need to accept that we cannot convince anybody orally at once through our points (as we cannot accept their views), unless they are humble to understand the ground realities. So, we should avoid unnecessary arguments. If we force someone to accept our view, then there is a chance he may not agree with us even in future. Our aim should be just conveying the message and live it.
  • Whoever is part of these movements should know one thing that no one or no movement is great or waste here in comparison to each other. They are all equally important. Alike Eshwar/God is one and there are many ways to reach him, there are many ways to reach same single goal of building a corruption free nation at large. So, supporters of any movement under any leader should concentrate on their agenda at hand rather than blaming other's agenda and pointing out others’ mistakes. This will save lot of energy. If you like leadership of ‘A’ then that's absolutely fine, but, then we have a moral obligation not to blame ‘B’ and ‘C’.
     For e.g.

Say two loins chasing a deer, suddenly one loin feels let me not allow the other loin to catch the deer first. It concentrates on to get rid of other loin first. And then what will happen? The two loins keep fighting each other and in the mean time deer will escape. This happened many times in history. We should take cautions of such things repeating.

  • We should be aware of one important thing here, Since the Britisher’s period there are 2 belief level tactics applied for gaining control over state/country and ruling. One is “Divide and Rule”, which we all are aware of. The other one is equally important that is “Telling Lie or defaming a person again and again” on different forums and trying to make as if it is right in normal public’s view. This worked many times till date. We should beware of it. Should not doubt leaders everday.
For e.g.
Arvind Kejriwal lead IAC (India Against Corruption) is misusing funds or Swamy Ramdev is a business man and evades tax. They reiterate it every day on national media. So, normal people start believing it after few days that it might be true. Even media covers them and telecast such false news as breaking news. But, do not relay the other side of story, where they did not find evidence to prove their allegations. They even do not order a fair independent enquiry of these allegations. Because they know that they are not true accusations. These discriminations damage forming of a strong public opinion. We should avoid in getting into clutches of such untruth media, because the unhealthy nexus between politics and media is dividing us intellectually than uniting.

  • Another important point here is, we always lose our direction/path (making India corruption free) by thinking on 2 points. 1. All are corrupt all have vested interests. 2. If some allegation is made against some leader (leaders from these movements) then we think he is also corrupt. We decide not to support him unless his innocence is proved.
Here, we should understand one thing that, there are 3 types of people in a nation.
        ·         Good People (usually not into politics),
        ·         Bad People (usually who holds key positions and run the country) and
        ·         Good by Nature but, became Bad in System (few in key roles and decision making)

If we get good people to lead, (leaders I mean, not just 1st level of leaders, even 2nd and 3rd level of leaders), that's always well and good, but, that is idealistic. 2nd category we want already want to remove them from power. Then left is the 3rd category, which consist few people who are already into key positions and but, not upto the mark, as required. they are comparatively better in character and conduct, but, need a tweak (Geetopadesh)to change them back to good in the national interest. This point/exercise avoids building the pool of good people and bringing them to key positions, shuns the blame game, reduces time required in proving right/wrong, etc… It is very tough to get stainless/blameless persons to lead (Even if we get later at some point if they are blamed, then again whole country gets into blame game and defensive mode. Even the movement might have to heed the heat of it at personal cost). This is the situation posed by time (samay) time and again. So, it is not new to us Indians, again choice is ours. Let us make a right choice in national interest at least this time keeping out our selfish motives.

At last, I would like to emphasize on “UNITY” rather than on individual's intellect or capacity of shutting the opponent’s mouth or winning the debate. Because, this is about our nation, not a joke or individual’s Akhada (boxing ring). Its once in Lifetime opportunity, many have given their entire Life for it, and it's now or never. It's becoming the fight for identity than growth. It’s not a question of what is the future of social movements in India?” rather it is “Where you (we) want to take these movements in future?

What do you say Desh Bandhu?

Need of the Hour!

 कल को बदल ने की चाह हर दिल मे
और आसमा को छूती उडान
चल आज सिखादे उनको सबक हम
जो समझते हैं हमे नादान ||
Kal ko badalane ki Chaah har dil me
Aasaman ko chouti udaan;
Chal Aaj sikhade un ko sabak ham
Jo samajhate hain hame naadan ||

We all know that India is on the verge of big political, social, economical change. Indian's mentality is under shift from negativity, hopelessness to positivity and hope. The last year's tow mass movements put everyone (could be this side or that side of the ever big game) on a thought that "Will the India's fate change?"

Well, this is what even Bharat Maata asking us... We need to answer her.

We all know that the 2 main people behind mobilizing people and creating a national mindset for change towards one common cause. They are injecting grate positivity into each Indian, when there is no Life for virtues like honesty, simplicity, nationalism. They are none other than Anna Hazareji and Swamy Ramdevji.

Anna Hazareji: He is a 75 year old true Gandhian by virtue and by practise. He is much influenced by another great visionary and philosopher called Swamy Vivekanand. He served Indian army between 1963 and 1975. He fought against Pakistan being in the forefront of army in the 1965 Indo-Pakistan war. By God’s grace or his good will, he is the only servivour of his group, who returned surprisingly from the war field without much injury. Then he decided to pledge his life for the service and betterment of our motherland.

It is his tireless work, which resulted in gifting a real sword called Right to Information (RTI) in the hands citizens of India.

Aravind a true companion of Annaji (ex-employee of central income tax office) since the time of struggle for RTI Act. He is a veteran leader. He along with Manish Sisodia (ex-employee of zee news) another selfless man of Annas company is sitting for indefinite fast from 25th July, 2012 demanding for strong Jan Lokpal and an independent inquiry against Prime Minister and other 15+ minsters in coal mining allotment and other cases.

Swamy Ramdevji: A selfless saint, who is known as Modern India’s Yoga Guru, who has brought the Yoga to average person's Life. When people were thinking Allopathy is the only resort people have to get cured from any type of ailment and decease, (If not Allopathy then there was no hope left) he has reinstated the importance of breathing, simple exercises and Ayurveda to cure the simplest to the biggest deceases (Where Allopathy has given-up). Now, he and his Yoga is the talk of every household in India and world.

This time he has come up with a new agenda. As he is abide by the promise he made to the Indians of Rog mukta Bharat (Decease-less India), he also took oath to fight corruption till the end of his Life and make India a corruption free, lawful nation and put pressure on central government to bring back the black money stashed in the tax heavens.  In the past 3 years, he has traveled across India propagating this agenda under the banner of Bharat Swabhiman and tried to build the public opinion and mobilized people on social and political issues with respect to corruption prevailing in India.

He is starting an indefinite fast/ aar-paar andolan (movement) from 9th August 2012 demanding bringing back the Black money and taking majors to stop participatory notes (p-Notes), closing Mauritius other routes, Taking majors to stop accumulation of black money within country and other few changes in the system and law.

Both these great personalities found that the corruption is down-rooted in our society and people are fed-up with the corruption and they want to up-root it from the society. They consider the villages are forgotten in the model of so called “Modern India”. Public support for them in this noble cause is overwhelming and their public addresses started breeding nationality in the younger generation.

Salute to these two true national heroes' spirits and leadership and patriotism. It is not their fight for their benefit. It is for us and our nation. It is all set to be the nationwide movements after the India's Independence. It is getting the momentum by many Indians. It reminds the 'Do or Die' slogan and 'Quit India' movement.

                Points to remind ourselves
                =====================

1.       Remember one thing wherever we are in the world or whichever state we belong to, whichever religion we follow at home... one thing is straight forward that we have one and only identity as Indians in the whole world.

2.       Whatever we do, however we lead our Life, whatever our financial conditions are... that all will be gazed as Indian’s attitude from the outside world! So, be grateful and be careful!

3.       We strive day and night to fulfill our individual and family responsibilities. We need to even remind ourselves with our national responsibilities. It is the mother land (Maa Bharati) who gave us not only identity but, gave us shelter, took care of our health growth made everything available to us that we need. Don't you think even we have to do our duties to be called true sons/daughters of her?

4.       She never asked or going to ask anything from us, but, we need to understand our responsibilities and serve her.

What can we do? How do we server and contribute to rebuild the nation of our dream?
        ======================================================
1.       Be united. Be strength of each other. It is the only strength which will give a satisfactory, long lasting logical solution to the current political, social, economical problems. They can suppress 10 thousand people’s voice, but, not 10 crore’s voice. Let us be part of the thunder and make sure it is heard.

2.       We were divided time and again into groups by our rulers. First divided between Aryas and Dravids, then between kings, and then between religion and then rich and poor and then between intellects. Let us not get divided this time between groups, Anna team and Baba team. This struggle is neither for Anna nor for Baba. It is for our nation, Bharat Maata, our better future and our generations’ betterment after words.

3.       We blamed our politicians, our policy makers, our leaders, socio-economic conditions. We talked hours together on many social issues at social get together, family functions, political gatherings, friend's circles, social media, etc... and tried to release our frustration, helplessness, negativity. Why not get together, join hands and fight it back. Understand one thing, by talking we cannot achieve anything, but, by actions we will. Our problems, we have to set them right.

4.       Our laziness caused our today's condition. We slept when outsiders looted us, ruled us for years. Now, again our silence is about to kill our very existence slowly. Our rulers have become adamant and careless and arrogant. Let us come out of our laziness, show them we are still alive.

5.       Let us remember our martyrs. They gave up their happiness, comfort, in fact, their very Life for releasing this nation from the clutches of outsiders. More than 7 lakh people gave their Life for this nation and left their zest with us. We need to rebuild a beautiful nation of their and our dreams.

6.       We all know in today's world, media has got too much power. It can make or break anything. But, to our fate, media is not completely independent of power politics. It is rather than media, it is paid media. Above all, the international communities are working against us. In these situations we need to be very vigilant, believe in ourselves, believe with whom we work, and believe in our national leaders. Media may try to spread rumors or portray small things as big issues. Let us not give importance to them. Otherwise, we will be dragged into unnecessary discussion rather than on actual terms. Let us take a firm oath deep within our souls that, we spend less time on watching/listening media. We take these reports just as news not as sensations.

7.       Let us remove the differences within us. When working for a noble cause and in a group, in a national interest, we should ignore individuality. Should not come out of the group and react openly. That could cause against the whole movement.  When we cannot add or convince a single person, then we cannot work against such a big national mood. We should know how difficult it is to convince and add even single new person to the group. Remember no one knows when next time we will get such a chance. So, think 1000 times before reacting.

8.       When we feel it is difficult to come out of selfish and family bonding then think a while, what is important for us national gossip, national nervousness, hypocrisy or national goal, for which we work hand-in-hand to build a nation of our dream.
9.       See, though we have talked, discussed, debated many times on many forums about the current system in the country and thought of doing something to improve it. But, due to not getting enough support, we left it with discourage. We know that we can’t dare to take on individual fights. But, now, by God's grace we got a chance to create a big impact in reconstructing our nation, reforming it politically and economically. This is one Diamond Chance of our Life Time and golden movement of Indian history. Let us work together contribute together leaving our ideological differences behind once for Bharat Maata.

10.   There is enormous loot happening in India, in the sectors like Government offices (like red tape), Natural Resources (like mining), Industries, Financial sectors (like Black money,  Participatory notes, FDI, FII, etc), Agricultural sector (like land acquisition, subsidies, pesticides and fertilizers, etc), land de-notification, Reserving gold. Farmers suicide; their fertile land is being handed over to multinationals and few big industrialists (even within India), without the consent of farmers.  Though compensation is given but, it is meager.

11.   We strive for projects, deadlines, etc... Whole of our Life, but, when it comes to stand for national issues, we set back. We consider who will get into all these things. Life is beautiful, let the nation and our future generation go to hell, who bothers, who will be alive to see all that. Any how we have to make enough money. So, our retirement and our children’s Life get settled well. This is a very good decision when our nation is self sufficient and on the continuous development path. But, when the situation is that where slowly our nation is moving into deep valley of uncertainty where there is a chance of losing our economic and political sovereignty, security and cultural heritage. And when it is under danger then it is not a good decision. Don’t complain or play blame game that, who is responsible for current system. We cannot achieve anything by that.  We are part of this system let us we start our way. The easiest way to change this system is to change ourselves for the good and stand by it, though we face many hurdles.

12.   Don’t ask what our country gave us? Our very existence in this world is due to our nationality. Ask ourselves what we gave to our mother land? Nobody dictates us to serve in a particular way, but, we should remind ourselves with our responsibilities being citizens. It should come from within, cannot be taught.

13.   How long we will be bakras for Jaychands, Mirzafars, who are known for the lust of power and wealth? We all know there is a vicious circle of corruption, black money, unfair elections, and imperialism. We are left with no choice than choosing one among Jaychand and Mirzafar. How can we grow and survive under such rulers?

14.   India had a  20%-30% of share in the world trade. Now, after independence we are running under trade deficit, Inflation is killing the poor, India's credit worthiness also falling down day-by-day. Growth rate has come down from 11.8% in 2003  to 6.5% in 2012. We can say earlier foreign rulers destroyed it. But, after independence our leaders have never worked to generate capital within country and utilize it to support our own industries, agriculture, and trade. Till today Indian government for see outside investment. When shall we become self sustained? We need to work for it.

15.   Let us decide where we want ourselves to be counted in the side of national interest group or in the group against national interest. It is not a fight of two goats, where we citizens sit silently and enjoy it. Our silence and indecisiveness should not become hurdles in the national interest. We all should work it out together.

16.   We have to analyze and accept one thing that, we cannot expect everyone to be part of this revolution. It is in fact, an unreasonable expectation. Kids, we cannot expect them, aged (physically incapable) are ruled out, physically handicapped and patients are of course cannot be counted in. The people who work on daily wages, they have their own daily fight for food to fill their as well as their families bellies.  Rich (Crorepatis), they have their own comfort zone. They are least bothered. In fact, they contribute largely to the current corrupt system. So, their support is out of imagination. The remaining are people who are physically and psychologically young are only the hope for better future. So, rather than asking why not he/she/others? Let us ask ourselves, why not me? And speak our Soul, "It is ME".

17.   There might be times when we could see our conscience, our family members, friends, relatives may not support us or resist participating. Then listen to our Soul. We should not get discouraged with their resistance. Rather keep inviting them.

18.   Now-a-days people give importance to their own individual views, points, and feelings. We all know that there cannot be two people same. So, for a cause, collective welfare, we need to get together, join hands. The personal differences can be taken later. These silly differences are not important, Bharat is important. We should not allow these personal differences to over shadow our national interest.

19.   Though we got independence, we are not completely liberal. In the name of independence only major right we got is voting. Even that we do not exercise properly. Let us come out of that and give a real freedom to our next generations.

20.   We should know one thing  very clearly, that this political, social and cultural garbage is not being created in a single day. So, even to clean it, it will take time. At times, it might challenge our patience, our energy and determination. We should be ready to face them. We participate 1 day, 1 time event/movement and if nothing happens, then should not turn negative suddenly. Thing will not change magically. If we could create a sustained pressure in all different ways, then nobody can stop the change!

21.   To be determined in our goal (big achievement) we need to be ready to sacrifice our small goals. Though we consider the worst that could cause on this path as part of risk management, we should have a strong belief in our success. We cannot afford to have luxury of even a single negative thought as that might cause a big damage.

22.   Swamy Vivekananda says "Considering himself weak is the biggest sin anyone can commit". We should believe in our strength. The main contributors to this strength are strong will and determination and courage to face things. Many a times we observed that the worst things/problem we anticipated to occur in our Life disappear as time passes, only thing here is we have to hold ourselves on our grounds.

23.   Very important point is pleasing, please, pleeeeeese, STOP gossiping about such a big national movement, It is not Joke! Give a thought and let not our careless and funny comments and attitude kill this movement.

I read somewhere that, Robert Clive, a first British General, who fought a war of Plassey against Nawab of Bengal, Siraj-ud-daulah with mere 300 soldiers and defeated Nawab's army of 18,000 soldiers within an hour's fight. It was all made possible because of Mir Zafar, Nawab's army general who joined hands with British and surrendered the army before British army in the war field. Then to mark the victory British general organized a procession (with bandbox music) on the main streets of Calcutta. Clive writes in his autobiography that lakh's together came on roads to watch the bandbox and procession. If each one of them thrown a stone at us at least then the Indian history would have been different. We made fool of ourselves in the past, but, let us implement the learning now. Powers of evolution are already within us, recognize them. Once for Bharat Maata Join hands!
