Caught by Flattering!

In the present world, it is been said that ‘Money’ can buy anything that you aspire for and it will set aside all the true values and principles of one. If not then ‘Power ‘can collapse any human and humanitarian principles and ideologies. But, I have been thinking that whether it is 'True' or there are exceptions? I found out that there are exceptions. If there are exceptions then what is the way to turn those tough people?

The answer is 'Flattering'. Either you call it as admiration, recognition, belief, positive commenting or any kind of motivation. The coin might be different in different situation and even person to person but all has a same purchasing power when it comes to flattering.

Have you ever realized that a bit of praise is enough to persuade an obstinate or not listing kid, adamant spouse or stubborn boss? You cannot make silent a kid by scolding or beating. There is a chance that this will turn kid’s smooth nature into adamant one, but, where as little doze of gratifying avoids it. He/She would forget the thing/situation he/she is crying for or may realize the good and bad and in return it will avoid the immediate loss or long term damage.

The persons who praise does not loose anything rather gains a lot without any conflict and hardship. The flattering in fact creates a positive energy in the receiver’s mind, which will provide quick results. Tell me, who doesn't like flattering? Do you know, even God likes it and yields to it. Sacred chantings, Bhajans, Shlokas, everything offered with pure heart in his name is always dear to him. Bhakti or devotion is nothing but a deep dive into his remembrance and praising his favors, powers and love.  The prayers are the best examples.

A true master or leader, who wants better performance and results from his subordinates, knows better that the appreciation in the form of a mail, award or counting one's efforts in front of the team or seniors will boost lot of positive energy. This will result in enthusiasm and motivates one to put his best hardship and intelligence to successfully complete the work on time.

It could be a father/mother asking some favor from their son/daughter or a citizen asking help from an official or a devotee asking for uplifting/bettering his condition or take anything, when power and money lose their significance in persuading someone then left out is the praise or appreciation. Many a times who escape the magic of Money and fear of Power are caught by Flattering. Few of us would have already experienced it. If not, try, it works wonders!
